Salary: £15/hr (15,600/year | £31,200 FTE)

Hours: 20 hrs/week (there may be scope for more hours once fully trained)

Working Pattern: Mon-Thurs 9am - 2pm, 

Location: Cockburn Farm Workshops Studio 1, Balerno, Edinburgh

About Us:

Welcome to Ceotha, where we create gorgeous handfasting cords for weddings! Our tight-knit workshop is buzzing with creativity, and as we grow, we're on the lookout for a Workshop Coordinator to join our team.

What We Need:

We're seeking a Workshop Coordinator to be the friendly face for our online customers, ensuring they're in the loop on their orders. You'll also dive into some hands-on craftwork, prep materials, and, once you're in the groove, assist with quality control, packaging, and shipping.

Your Role:

• Be the go-to person for our online customers, answering queries and sharing order updates.

• Use our streamlined spreadsheet system to keep orders on track.

• Get hands-on with craftwork, cutting and prepping materials for those picture-perfect handfasting cords.

• Keep the workshop vibes lively and organised.

What We're Looking For:

• Bring some customer service experience to the table – you're good with people!

• Organisational skills are your jam – you can juggle tasks with ease.

• Embrace the crafty side of things – making beautiful things is what we do!
